All new and replacement installations have a 5 to 10 year manufacturers warranty, on the unit and all parts. We hold all manufacturers to their word. This goes for parts as well! Comfort Zone Heating & Air, gives a 2 year warranty on any replacement parts for repairs to pre-existing units. No extra labor fee, no hidden costs! We make sure no extra charges fall upon our customer's! With fair pricing, warrantied equipment and diligent service, we make sure our customer's get a bang for their buck!

My circa 1960 AC unit in my condo unit (condo building built in the '60s with a community 'chiller' system, instead of individual AC units) began to leak badly on Thursday night. Our building uses Comfort Air for servicing our antiquated system, so I called them. Of course, it's during the latest heat wave in LA, and even though they had other clients for the next day, they managed to fit me in, and scope out my system. It was undetermined if it was an AC issue, or a larger issue with the building's old pipes ABOVE my AC unit. So they cleared a space to contain the leak to one area so I could use a large bucket to gather the water, while we waited for the building plumbers to come. The next day, I figured out the leak WAS from my AC unit, and they came back out, again, pushing their schedule back, so the could close off the water valves to stop the leak. The guys who came out were awesome, and kind, and really did their best to keep me in the loop and talk me off the ledge. No one like to have water dripping down from the ceiling! ;) So, highly recommend these guys-they really went out of their way for me, and I certainly appreciated it! - Dave B.
When my old AC unit finally gave out, and I had to replace it, and they made the process of getting a new one installed seamless. The team was here right on schedule and got straight to work. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also took the time to walk me through the features of my new unit.

They were recommended to me from others in my building. I had a leak from my air conditioner lines and knew from the others I'd have to replace the old galvanized pipe. Called Kevin and set up an appointment and due to an illness we had to postpone from Monday but they got me in asap on Wed. The guys sent were wonderful and tried really hard not to put too many holes where it wasn't needed. It was a fairly complex route to get the new pipe in and they explained everything as it went along. They also cleaned up really well after they were done working.
Can't speak highly enough about this company. Kevin quoted me on the phone which was very reasonable for the work I needed and that's what I paid. I'm very happy with their work and will recommend them and use them again! - S K.

Kevin was professional, honest, fast and offered a much better price than the other two contractors we had come by to give estimates for a unit cleaning and a replacement of a stove range good. I went to multiple companies to install our kitchen hood. Most were unable to help. Comfort Zone was quick to respond. Came out for a free assessment, and gave us the time of day to discuss the hood we were thinking of purchasing and also discussed our HVAC system as well (different ways to keep our indoor air clean). They were back a few days after our Hood came in and made the install quickly, cleanly, and were super polite.
